MIyogaish is the passion project of Melody Henry. As an RYT-500 yoga instructor and Michigan Licensed Counselor, Melody is passionate about helping people understand themselves more clearly and navigate life with self-compassion. Melody’s mantra: Appreciate the glimmers and manage the triggers.

MIyogaish seeks to bring mindfulness outside of studios and into community. Breath patterns, restorative movement, and meditation become accessible and rooted in real life. Sessions encourage warmth and curiosity. MIyogaish prefers evidence-based practices over trends and extremes.
